• Fire Rescue Talk

  As part of our ongoing work studying aspects of safety; children in Years 1 and 2 enjoyed a talk on fire safety from the local fire service. They discussed various hazards in the home,  how to make an emergency call and then were delighted to have the opportunity to dress up in  a firefighter's outfit - including their teacher!

  

• Reception get a visit from the Fire Service

  Children in Reception were delighted to get a visit from the Fire Service in November. They learnt all about how the fire engine works and were treated to a chance to use the powerful water hoses and see what it is like to ride inside the fire engine cab.
