At Millfield Primary School, we pride ourselves on our commitment to all learners.  Pupils with additional needs are primarily catered for through quality first teaching that is inclusive and helps every learner to achieve their best potential.  We recognise that often our learners with additional needs will require provision that is enhanced through school based interventions, extra support or in some cases referral to external agencies.  

 

Parents or carers who are concerned that their child may have additional educational needs should in the first instance, speak to their child's class teacher.  If it is agreed that your child would benefit from further support, a referral will be made to the school's SENCo.
